FLASH SALE AT FETCH! MAY 26th - 30% OFF!

Hi Fetch friends!
Come to our Flash Sale tomorrow Monday May 26th!
30 % off almost everything
We decided yesterday, wouldn't it be fun to have a flash sale
the weather is so pretty and Fetch is packed
so why not have a big sale!

Below is a blog post I did in March that
explains about how Karan was trying to accept too many friends on her personal facebook page and was temporarily "locked out" of her facebook account,  and about how we had to create a special
shop Facebook page

you're welcome to read the post below for more details and pics
but for now...
the most important part of the post explains about a new "shop" Facebook page which we will be updating several times each week in real time - so we'd love it if you follow us on Facebook!

just click here and and when you get to the page click "like" and you will get Fetch facebook posts!

There just isn't time right now to do a new blog post
because we wanted to get the message out about the sale right away

You can read below if you like and if not
hope to see you tomorrow!

********************************

Hi everyone!

Sorry for so long between posts, but there always seems to be so much going on, and time just flies away!

Just want to give a peak at some cool stuff in the shop and let you guys know that Karan was having problems accepting all the "friend" requests on Karan's personal Facebook page.

Facebook put her on probation like about three times!

geesh - Leave it to Karan to get in trouble with Facebook!

apparently us more "mature"
crazy old tech challenged
ladies are clueless that your personal Facebook page and a business Facebook page are very different and you can't try to friend like 500 people on your personal page in one day or the Facebook police will ban you

So I helped her create a "shop" Facebook page, so that all you have to do is click "like" and you can see up to date info about what is going on in the shop, and no one gets banned from Facebook!

It's easier to update in real time too, instead of doing a blog post

so if you want to - go HERE and "like the new shop Facebook page
or

Ok, now for some pictures!

There are two of these girls in the shop right now
and they are WONDERFUL
this type of chair is getting harder and harder to fine

the seats are nice and wide
it's so very comfortable
and so frenchy fabulous at the same time

pretty just as they are, or how about overstuffing that seat cushion and covering in some amazing fabric!

 ok...
pictures don't do this chest justice
so i'll just give you a peak at this old painted cedar chest
you can see it in full on the new  Facebook page !

check out this cool coffee table
this would work with so many decor styles...
 (love the cowhide rug too!)

sooo, i know this is an AWFUL photo, sorry, but isn't this the sweetest little bench
i had to show you, bad photo and all

a deep floral pattern is carved all around the perimeter
just precious, and it would be so easy to add a fabric of your choice!

see this little shabby planter... well it's mine all mine!
found at Fetch - Handmade by Deb of course,
and such a great price i felt like i was stealing it!

let's all tell Deb to make some more!
either way, there are so many Deb handmade creations in the shop
come see for yourself!

So, I know these pictures aren't the greatest,
but you get the idea

The shop is loaded with goodies
I'm just too ADD to take time to get good photos of everything, because i'm too busy carrying things from the shop to my car!

and don't forget to go "like" the new Fetch shop page to keep up with what's going on - and so Karan doesn't get busted by someone from Facebook for "friending" too many people!

see you there!

Cindy

FETCH IS STILL HERE AND ALL FLUFFED UP FOR THE NEW YEAR!

Sorry so long between blogposts!

The official blogger for Fetch, that would be me... has been overwhelmed with too many things to do!

So after hearing much grumbling and crankiness from someone we all know...
i think you can guess...

I decided i better get a quick blog post up to let you know Fetch is still going strong!

If you want to stay more up to date on a regular basis about new stuff going on at Fetch, follow the Fetch Antiques and Interiors

It is updated much more often than this blog is... and it may even even a little easier to follow there too!

Ok... so just look at this picture below
Do i need to even say anything about how gorgeous all of this is....

Another cloche masterpiece by Deb
Aren't those little white berries so cute with the glass

I love the earthy moss and the natural elements in her cloches

Ok, so now tooting my own horn...

Just finished this painting, and sold it within a week of being in the shop!
I really wanted to keep her for myself
but someone from Atlanta saw her on my blog
and bought her for his wife for Christmas

Her name is "Good Morning Miss Daisy"
and you can purchase her as a giclee print through Fetch

I'm getting one for me too, since the painting is sold!

A print of her should be in this shop this weekend if you'd like to see her

and Even if i did paint her, i have to say
I Love her!

Check out this cool architectural piece !

... and this rusty old iron gate... it's woooonderful!

Sooo... had to make this a quick post just to check in...

Karan and Deb were rearranging the shop this weekend, and some cool stuff is coming in this week - so drop in and say Hi - and bring your Christmas money ... ;)
and don't forget to "follow" the

for current updates!

Fetch Fluffing for Fall and Some Fun Before and Afters!

Ok, let's have some fun!

Check out some before and afters created by the cute ladies at Fetch!
We'll call this "Fluffing for Fall"!

Let's all get inspired at this pretty time of year to 'Fluff'  up our homes for the coming holiday season...

Look at this pretty room Karan and Donna made over for a client

isn't it so soft and peaceful?

a little Boho, a little Rachel Ashwell
a little Classic french...

...before photo below...

...pretty no doubt...

But now, wooonderful...

all pulled together

elegant, but not trying too hard...

 with gorgeous seating

and symmetry

You guys should hire Karan and Donna and Deb to come play with you and Fluff a space

It's the funnest thing ever in the world!

Good Holiday present, no?

Alot of spouses don't know what to get us for gifts

My guy usually says something like
"I just want you to be happy"
(whatever it takes)

They don't care if you get a 12 foot high stuffed dog, as long as it isn't in front of the TV

as long as "YOU ARE HAPPY"

How about a room redo for a holiday gift???  smile....

Ok, now...

Look at this little nursery that Karan did for her niece as a surprise

to start - boring empty room
 with crib

But we want this baby's "CRIB" to be too cool
so here we go...

Alf adding a monogram...
he can do cool stuff like lettering, which if you've ever tried it, you know it's hard to do!

Uh by the way, Karan had those curtains custom made, and they are to die for
see the little stripe detail under the folds?
it's all in the details baby...

tada!

all done!

how about that vintage metal locker, painted red with a custom cushion on top!
and the cute little framed prints

and Karan was working with mom's colors too

That's what the talented ladies at Fetch do
They work with what you like and what you have
and help make it fabulous!

Of course her niece walked in and was surprised and everyone cried...

oh and by the way...

The precious little baby boy arrived yesterday!!!
**************

How about one more!
A grandmother's cottage - completely redone by her daughter

Once again imagine a boring beige empty square bedroom

(no before pics here cause there was nothin to see)

painted the walls a quiet tranquil blue

covered a headboard in insanely yummy fabric Karan found

edged the dust ruffle and curtains in the same fabric
(details)

...added a fabulous rug...
...complementary pillows...

brought in the cutest little frenchy chair from the shop which is covered in gorgeous fabric

and oh by the way, the back of the chair has the same fabric as the headboard!
I want to see both sides at once it's soooo cute!

the bedside tables in here are so fabulous... really, they just are

one, which is hard to see,  is this soft antiqued buttery creamy white, oval in shape and very french and i want to marry it

i wish you could see them both a little better,
the rooms were a little dark when we were there and hard to photograph

and we're both horrible photographers
(sorry about that)
but heck, you get the idea
the pics aren't THAT bad are they?!

(the comforter isn't purple as it shows in the photo, it's a luscious gray linen - yum )

Oh  how i loved this bedroom

so much so that i went straight home, and ripped apart my own bedroom
tortured my fiancee by making him paint the walls two different times, two different colors, because i screwed up picking both of the wall colors, and decided when he was halfway through
...twice...
that i hated both colors
so you can imagine...

I had to have an emergency call with Karan

well... that's all another story, and i'll tell you guys about in the next blog post...
and why it's a pretty darn good idea to call Karan first! not after you pick the wrong color!

Needless to say, Karan came to the rescue...

******

I'll have to show you a few more pics from this same Grandmother's cottage before we go

and by the way, isn't it so loving of the daughter to do this for her mom

If that were my daughter, i would arrive to a room with black walls, a red faux fur comforter and a picture of Tupac on the ceiling...

anyway...
Check out the wallpaper Karan choose for the hall

Isn't it fun!
she arranged for the paneling and beadboard to be done too...

this girl has connections if you want something done!

imagine how long and dark and boring this narrow hall would be without the wallpaper and beadboard

Karan helped fluff the whole cottage

the owner of the cottage has amazing taste herself, and picked out so many great pieces too

together they did such an amazing job!

the other bedroom was done in navy!

cool huh?!

Before i close, i wanted to show you a couple of photos from the shop

there are two of these chairs in the shop right now waiting for a good home!

Donna and Karan had the seat cushions redone, so sitting on them is scrumptious

...one more...

*****
Also don't forget that our talented Deb does amazing natural cloches and creative luscious mossy and succulent arrangements in glass and other unique containers
they add that final touch of natural elements to finish off a room...

the room is never really done until nature graces it with living things

you should see how different the shop looks without Deb's amazing arrangements flourishing all around...

her pieces are unique, handmade from native barks mosses and plants
and best of all her prices are great!

*******

and last but not least!

Karan was so touched by how many of you asked about Chester and his surgery

It went great, he's had an amazing recovery, and is back at his job as a greeter and baby kisser at  Fetch...

Karan survived it too.... barely... smile

New Goodies at the Shop and Chester Surgery Tomorrow!

Karan asked me to do a really quick post to let everyone know that Chester has a big surgery tomorrow.  She wanted me to ask all of you Chester fans to send out wishes and prayers for a successful ACL surgery, one of two he will be having...
Needless to say Karan is beside herself with worry and needs all the support she can get!

and while i have you guys,  I can't resist tucking in a few photos of the shop

Check out this bench!

Why do they do this to us!?

How is anyone supposed to resist this bench?

and isn't this just the prettiest little chest - do you see the mirrors on the side and in the middle

It is so feminine, and so classy

One more of the yummy bench, and then back to work for me before i get busted doing blog posts!

Ok, so don't forget to send out great energy and wishes for Chester's surgery tomorrow, he goes in early in the morning
and we all want him to have a comfortable and speedy recovery...

what's not to love about Chester doggie...

PS
Actually, i think maybe your prayers and good vibes should probably be for Karan too

because she will be a basket case!

See ya at the shop!

Cindy

  it wouldn't still be here!

 ok, no more talking

just gonna to show some picks

cause i'm at work, and i'm gonna get busted doing blog posts!

oops....  ;)

Here are some photos of stuff in the shop now
although, no guarantee all of it will still be there Thursday!
Great mirror...!

and check out these amazing architectural pieces... I love this stuff, and if I didn't already have some.... these would sooooo be mine.
Plus, there are two of them! YAY!

more architectural... Insanely cool...

love those little white tables paired, and the funky green and white chevron pillows... so springy

Perfect gray dresser with white handles... love...

terrarium by Deb, isn't it cool!?

more Deb

those curvy looking adornments inside are seaweed,  gathered at the beach, and mailed all the way from California
each design hand made, from natural elements,  and completely unique

nature does it right
and Deb knows how to pull the earthy elements together in these beautiful pieces

and if you're looking for a little something for a fun treat

Fetch carries Harmony farms candles made right in Efland by Erin the cutest lady you ever met

they are soy candles and dye free

and you haven't lived until you smelled the lilac scented candle she makes ...

now just look at how pretty this whole room below looks
check out the little desk on the left
the inside is mirrored, i'll show you in the next photo...

isn't it wonderful!

We've decided to hang some artist's proofs of
my paintings

This way you can take a look at the quality of the print and the color to see if maybe you want to order one for your home

problem is, everyone wants to buy the proofs!

either way... cute how Karan hung it up with a closepin inside a frame...

this print is called "Repose" and it is available in a 30 x 30 size so far...

it looks beautiful in a house with lots of creams and neutrals
or can you just imagine it on a soft shell pink wall
yummy..

and meet "Clairebelle"  she is a new painting and is one of my favorites.
I decided she is a French cow, because I was told that in France they often treat their cows like one of the family
Can't you just see her hanging out by a little French cottage munching on the grass and peering in the kitchen window...
I think with a sweet face like that I would treat her like one of the family too!
precious little moss covered pot by Deb, on a silver stand... love it

Karan was out shopping recently, and was telling someone about the shop...

And the lady said she had heard about the shop and heard that it was expensive

Karan was so totally shocked to hear that!

She was telling me the story, and was like
"WE'RE NOT EXPENSIVE" !!!
"OUR PRICES ARE GREAT!!!
in her usual calm and controlled manner.... uhhh, not

Anyway, I told her, I can see how people think that

because the stuff does look expensive and so cool and high end...

BUT THE PRICES ARE GREAT!

so our new motto is

"We Look Expensive, But We're Not!"

anyway, check out the windows on either side of this bed...

they make the whole room

a few more photos...

don't want to show you everything...

cause it's fun to be surprised and
discover new treasures just for you!

So come to the open house
just mark it on your calendar, or set a reminder on your smart phone
and get your coupon for 15% off
it'll be fun!
Thursday, March 28,
4:30 - 6:30
and remember
FETCH MIGHT LOOK EXPENSIVE, BUT IT'S NOT!
see you there!
